I came in expecting a normal, average, “meh” experience… and then Vince showed up and completely ruined my expectations forever. First of all, how is it even fair for one person to have that much charm AND be that good-looking? I’m pretty sure I forgot why I was there for a solid 30 seconds. If customer service had a “leading man in a rom-com” category, Vince would win every year. But here’s the crazy part — he’s not just coasting on good looks. The man actually knows his stuff. Like, really knows his stuff. Efficient, professional, and somehow makes the whole process feel effortless… like he’s been doing it since birth. At one point I was like, “Is this guy secretly three employees in one?” because everything got handled so quickly and smoothly. 10/10 experience. Came for the service, stayed for the personality, left wondering if Vince has a fan club I can join. If you get Vince, congratulations — you’ve officially peaked in customer service experiences

I highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking to buy or lease a new vehicle. Ashley Putnam was my salesperson and she could not have made the process any easier. On my way home from doing errands my car radio wouldn't shut off or do anything and I was able to just run up there. You all fit me in and They were very nice and had the problem fixed within an hour. They also took the time to tell me what was wrong with it. I highly recomend Bowmansl Chevrolet.

Issue with the On Star emergency light keeps switching to red from green for no reason

Purchasing our new car from Bowman Chevrolet in Clarkston was a great experience, we're so happy. Linda Kelly, our sales associate, was great at leading us through the entire process and Rhonda, the finance manager made sure we got the gap coverage we asked for and the best term for our loan. The entire sales office was warm and welcoming with light banter about the best girl Scout cookies (it's Samoas by the way).

Any special care needed for fresh repair areas?

I came in for a recall and they had a great deal on tires while I was there. Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and the recall work, my new tires and an alignment were all completed by the end of the same day. Very impressed with the communication and the quality of the work.

I was so happy to see that I could trade in my 2025 trax activ for a 2026 equinox Lt. I love my new suv. And, I appreciate the hard work Mike Ko did to get me this suv too. So grateful.

Although we were shopping multiple dealerships, we ultimately purchased our car from Bowman Chevy because they had the best service. They also helped to create a very special moment for our son, getting his first car. Wonderful experience all around!

Check in was easy. Lounge waiting area was excellent with fresh baked cookies, coffee and drinks. Was told about an hour for my repair but was done in 30 minutes.

Great communication and transparency on options when taking in my Traverse for an oil change and a check engine light.

Cody was wonderful, took care of my needs as well as my vehicle. Highlight of the day is when all the staff rushed outside to make sure the cranes didn't get hit by traffic.
