This is a review long time owed to Teresa Clark who helped me purchase my Silverado EV almost exactly one year ago. Teresa was amazing to work with as many other reviews have testified to. She did absolutely everything in her power to make the process as easy as possible. Every question got an answer and every message was followed up on. I’m a self proclaimed pain in the butt when I buy a new vehicle. I know what I want when I go to buy it, so I’m always after a good price at a dealer that actually cares about its customers. I remember telling Teresa that I had never seen a dealer with an almost perfect 5 star rating. And Bowman delivered on that experience. For context, I bought my truck about a week before the end date for the federal incentive. There was definitely pressure from me and bowman to get things closed in time. I was dealing with purchase offers on my trade in via third parties and had financing offers from credit unions to juggle. Bowman not only upped their trade offer for my car to close the deal, but also went out of their way to get an account set up with the local credit union that had beaten their financing offers. Like, that’s so incredible that even the credit union rep was confused how I opened an account without doing it in person. I don’t know how Bowman managed that. But hats off to the whole team making it work. I wish I could remember who handled the financial closing on this one. I think it was Doug. All in all, I’ve recommended everyone that’s in the market for a Chevy and EV’s in general to buy it from Bowman. And I’ll be back the next time I need something.

Great service and friendly staff, couldn’t ask for a better team

Service staff was good. A little slow to fix my truck. Even though my warranty was over I would have thought that gm or the dealer would have picked up some of the tab with only 29,000 miles on the truck, and the service man said they had the problem before. Also it would be nice to tell customers that they were going to add credit card fees on to the bill. I would have written a check and saved 30 bucks.

Chaz made the entire process seamless and simple! This is coming from a retired GM Salesman with over 30 years of dealership experience - Chaz is receiving all my previous customer referrals from now on.

I purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer with 10,150 miles, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The buying process was smooth overall. There was one hiccup: a recall on the rearview camera had been disclosed before I signed. It was working fine during my test drive, but stopped functioning right after I left the parking lot post-signing, which was disappointing. I reached out to management, and they were great about hearing me out and working with me to find a solution. Vic Filice was my salesman, and he did an excellent job letting me test drive every vehicle I was interested in and walking me through pricing, payments, and interest rates. My one piece of feedback is that I felt a bit rushed during the paperwork signing and would have appreciated a more thorough walkthrough of the documents. That said, I highly recommend Vic Filice at Bowman Chevrolet. I also want to recognize Scott, the sales manager, who handled the recall issue with a high level of professionalism and helped find a solution I was happy with.

We experienced a problem that stemmed from something that was missed upon inspection. We have a warranty and they were fast and friendly and we received a great rental while our car was repaired. We did not receive a bill for a single thing and got a free car wash too. They really went above and beyond

Well it's kind of a new experience for me I did a lot of research on YouTube test drove one vehicle and the rest is all done over the internet and by the phone price they had online and if the price I pay no surprises since I only discounted off of manufacturers suggested this place everything went good

Bowman Chevrolet was very accommodating in scheduling an oil change via email for us. Emails were promptly answered. We were able to get a same day oil change due to a cancelation. The oil change took approximately 45 minutes. Thank you!

The service provided was exceptional from start to finish. Chrissy Hill provided info, steps in the process and updates. Wonderful young lady. If I need this service again, I would definitely choose Bowman. Smooth process which makes for stress free process.

Cody was a great help and they fixed replaced my transmission on my 2021 Suburban pretty quickly. Unfortunately it failed the next day as GM sent Bowman a new trans with a bad valve body. Not Bowman's fault, just my bad luck I guess.

Smooth lease turn in process and Danielle was amazing to work with in helping me find another vehicle to purchase.

Bowmen is the complete package! From their sales staff Dom/ Chaz. To the Bodshop (Chrissy). They make the customer experience special. They are now my go to dealer for all my purchases and referrals.
