Sarah was a great salesperson, the dealership had the exact vehicle in stock that I was looking for with low mileage, and at a reasonable price. And when I needed a loaner because the newly available vehicle was not ready for transfer, a loaner was provided without hesitation. Then when I was hospitalized, the delay on my part was not questioned! The entire transaction and experience could not have been better!!

I bought a 2024 chevy equinox from Linda at Bowman. She was very thorough and professional about the purchase.

Great service. Cody ( my contact ) told me about 1 hour for an oil change and in a little less than an hour it was done. Had my 8 month old lab with me and everyone there was above and beyond pet friendly. You only get one first impression and Bowman nailed it with both my wife, and I.

I couldn't have had a better experience. I went through several sessions at the dealer trying to make up my mind on the specific car and all its options, including comparisons with similar cars offered by other dealers. In short, I picked up my new car at Bowman's on Thursday. The paperwork was all prepared, and we ran through it relatively quickly (lots of paperwork). Then my salesman, Sam Mona, spent the next hours going through all the owner-selected settings, maintenance requirements and general recommendations to help me enjoy my new ride. Because I have never owned a GM product, it was all new to me. The car's cockpit adjustments seem like an airplane's. Sam was extremely thorough and patient, answering all my questions (and there were many!). And, I am confident that should I need further help or explanations, he will be available. Definitely 5-star experience. Bob H.

Every aspect of the actual service was fine. They have an odd policy however where they will not provide a loaner vehicle unless the proof of insurance on your vehicle shows you as the policy owner. Not about whether you’re insured or not, but that you - not your spouse - purchased the policy. On your car. In order to drive their car. And treat you like you did something wrong because your spouse chose the insurance.

Easy transaction, Tony Gazetti has always been extremely professional and made it extremely easy for our leases. Will continue to visit bowman for our vehicles.

I came in expecting a normal, average, “meh” experience… and then Vince showed up and completely ruined my expectations forever. First of all, how is it even fair for one person to have that much charm AND be that good-looking? I’m pretty sure I forgot why I was there for a solid 30 seconds. If customer service had a “leading man in a rom-com” category, Vince would win every year. But here’s the crazy part — he’s not just coasting on good looks. The man actually knows his stuff. Like, really knows his stuff. Efficient, professional, and somehow makes the whole process feel effortless… like he’s been doing it since birth. At one point I was like, “Is this guy secretly three employees in one?” because everything got handled so quickly and smoothly. 10/10 experience. Came for the service, stayed for the personality, left wondering if Vince has a fan club I can join. If you get Vince, congratulations — you’ve officially peaked in customer service experiences
