These guys are amazing!! I absolutely hate going to dealerships - sales people with sneaky tactics like unclear prices and hidden fees really irritate me. While looking for a Chevy electric car, I submitted a form to get more info on a car that seemed like a better price than other dealerships. I didn't realize it was over an hour drive for me so when the sales manager contacted me, I told her never mind, I didn't realize you were so far. She said they could bring the vehicle to me and do most of the paperwork online though, so I figured I would give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! I was transferred to Mike, who was extremely helpful, answering all my questions over text. I had already test drove the car I wanted somewhere else, and at that place, they were less informative and more pressuring me to buy. Mike wasn't like that - no pressure, just making sure I had the information I needed to get the brand and model that were right for me. In the end, I decided to buy an Equinox EV from Bowman. Mike made the paperwork incredibly easy and streamlined, all online. By the end of the day, everything was ready and he was looking for two people who could come bring the car to me. They came the next morning, had me do a test OnStar call while they replaced my license plate, had me sign just two documents, and I had my new car! I am so grateful to Mike and this dealership for making a dreaded thing like buying a car actually easy and fast. Having the car brought to me was also a huge advantage, as being far away and busy with work and little kids would have made it difficult to drive there. The best part is they delivered it without any ridiculous delivery fees like Tesla and Carvana. This has got to be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend Bowman Chevrolet, whether you live near Clarkston or not.

We dealt with Andrew G. to lease our vehicle. He was great! Super personable and detail oriented. This was our first time leasing and he took the time to explain everything for us. Also super helpful on finding the perfect car for our needs. The sales manager Steve was also wonderful. He even sent us a personalized video the day we picked up our car congratulating us with our car in the background. When we came in to pick it up, he made sure to introduce himself and we had a very nice conversation. We had the best experience at this dealership and look forward to future purchases with them.
