While we welcome you back to the dealership, the safety of our customers and employees remains paramount. We have developed touch-free sales and service processes, and we are sanitizing each vehicle before and after service to help ensure everyone’s safety.

We are also sanitizing our facilities multiple times daily, and our employees and customers are required to wear masks at all times. We’ve reconfigured our lounge area to abide by social distancing guidelines, and we are limiting the number of guests waiting in these areas at any given time.

You Shop Online. We’ll deliver to you

Your vehicle transaction will be completed electronically, and your new vehicle will be delivered to you, or available for pick up, using our new touch-free process, which includes full sanitation to keep everyone safe. During this time, we are also offering extended test drives to ensure you’re confident in your vehicle choice.

Our Service Department is Open!

Our service department is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We are taking extra steps to sanitize all vehicle touchpoints and keys before and after every service appointment. Schedule an appointment online or by calling 248-620-3080.

Are test drives available?

Do I have to complete my vehicle purchase or lease completely online?

While you can purchase or lease your vehicle online, our team can assist you via phone as well. Using either method, your paperwork will be finalized at pick up or delivery using our touch-free process.

My lease is ending. What are my options? 

Contact us at the dealership and our sales team can discuss your options with you.

Can I wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced?

Yes, you can wait in a sanitized customer lounge with seating spaced per the CDC recommendations regarding social distancing.

What additional steps are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

• We are limiting the number of the people in the dealership and following social distancing rules

• Employees are required to wear masks and follow all CDC recommendations

• The dealership is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily, and frequently touched surfaces are wiped down hourly

• We are disinfecting ALL vehicles and keys at intake in the service lane and after the service/repair completion
